    Job Description The Warehouse Worker ? SBE main responsibilities include receiving and processing incoming products, preparing orders for transport, and performing inventory and quality control duties. This person ensures the warehouse is clean and organized, maintained in accordance with the facility protocols and safety standards. Job Responsibilities • Responsible for receiving and inspecting products, accurately labeling items and reporting any discrepancies in reconciliation of deliveries and invoices. • Responsible for organizing and storing all incoming products in assigned locations, applying FIFO (first in, first out) inventory controls for perishable products. • May require training and operation of a manual pallet jack, electric pallet jack, and/or forklifts. • Picks inventory to assemble orders of product, supplies and equipment for requisitions or established par levels. • Follow all Standard Operating Procedures to meet accuracy and production standards. • Load, unload and transport products and materials to different areas of the warehouse and/or other client locations. May require use of carts, powered industrial vehicles (PIV), or motor vehicles. • Responsible for conducting routine physical inventory counts based on established location schedules. • Accurately complete administrative duties including records such as inventory count documents, temperature and spoilage logs, equipment inspections, and any other relevant business records. This may be on paper or in a technology-based system (hand-held device or PC). • Clean work areas as assigned, including but not limited to restrooms, break areas, loading dock, freight elevator and freight platform delivery areas when applicable. • Implement all location safety policies, OSHA requirements, SDS standards, and emergency procedures. Use all required safety equipment and personal protective equipment. • Takes appropriate measures to ensure the security of client and company assets. • Interact with clients, employees, vendors, customers, and guests about business-related activities and attend meetings, as required. Qualifications Required Qualifications: • Must be over 18 years of age • High school education or equivalent is preferred • 2 years of previous warehouse experience is preferred • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills • Basic computer skills • Manual dexterity required for operating machinery • Able to lift up to 50 lb frequent lifting and/or carrying objects weighing up to 35 lb • Some client locations require a current valid driver?s license. If this is required, an MVR will be run as part of your pre-employment screening process. This role may have physical demands includin.g, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking & standing. PRIMARY JOB FUNCTIONS: • Under close supervision, performs activities related to all phases of water and wastewater system utility construction. • Observes and complies with all Federal, State and Company safety rules, regulations, policies and procedures. Work is repetitive and continuous. • Responsible for ensuring safe working conditions including trench safety and bracing. • Responsible for constructing and maintaining erosion control devices as required and as directed. • Loads, unloads, identifies and distributes utility materials to the appropriate location, according to project plans and specifications • Signals additional equipment operators to facilitate alignment, movement and adjustment of machinery, equipment and materials • Cleans and prepares construction sites to eliminate possible hazards • Performs other duties as assigned MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma or equivalent required Four (4) years of verifiable experience operating heavy equipment such as backhoe, excavator, loader and skidsteer required. Requires field experience with digging operations in city and urban areas around existing utilities. Prior experience handling and setting a trench box in an excavation/utility ditch, lifting and placing steel plates, digging in confined spaces and placing material in and out of a dump truck required. Must work well with others and participate on a crew. Must possess and maintain a valid Driver's License issued by the state where employed CDL license issued by the state where employed and knowledge of driving a dump truck preferred. Two (2) years of prior water and wastewater system construction experience preferred. Working knowledge of general hand tools and power tools required Must take and pass Federal OSHA and or State Mandated Safety training with annual refresher courses as required by the associated regulations for this Position. You will use equipment and tools such as grinders, arc gougers, air chisels, and MIG welding machines. You must have extreme attention to detail, as the work is often delicate, and the welding tools used are dangerously hot. You must strictly follow safety precautions. MIG welding requires that you follow exact weld procedures and processes. Required Duties Operate semi-automatic welding equipment to weld stringer and hot passes in long-seams and girth-seams on structural pipe and pressure vessel shells Determine the appropriate welding equipment or method based on requirements Set up components for welding according to specifications (e.g., ensure bevel prep cleanliness, verify temperature, verify consumables and parameters) Weld components using manual or semi-automatic welding equipment in various positions (vertical, horizontal, or overhead) Maintain equipment in a condition that does not compromise safety Clean and prep the bevel prior to welding. Maintain work area and keep equipment clean and orderly Knowledge of relative safety standards and willingness to use protective clothing (welding hood, face-shield, gloves, etc.) Other duties as assigned Required Skills Proven experience as a welder in industry. Knowledge And Skills 1 Knowledge of and ability to install, repair, and maintain large high voltage equipment, motors, switchgear. 2 Knowledge of electrical codes and regulations. 3 Ability to supervise, lead, and provide technical expertise to other electricians. 4 Making accurate estimates of time, materials, and labor required for installing equipment or making repairs 5 Ability to read various complex schematic diagrams and blueprints. 6 Ability to use and instruct in various types of hand tools, power tools, precision testing and/or troubleshooting equipment. 7 Ability to understand technical terminology of the specialization assigned. 8 Customer service and conflict resolution. 9 Communicating effectively both orally and in writing. 10 Establishing and maintaining strong and effective relationships. Considerable knowledge of the standard practices, methods, tools, equipment, materials, and safety of the trade. Should know the qualities of various woods. Preferred Should have the ability to work from blueprints or sketches and to understand and follow oral and written instructions. Summary Primary Responsibilities: Skilled carpentry work of the journeyman level in the construction, maintenance and repair of structures, equipment and articles of wood. Duties General carpentry in the alteration, repair and maintenance of buildings, floors, roofs, stairways, partitions, doors, windows, screens, scaffolding forms, wood fixtures, and furniture; builds cabinets of various sizes and designs, builds tables, doors, shelves, bookcases, and related articles from wood; does skilled bench work in the carpentry shop operating rip saws, band saws, and other hand and power tools; hangs doors and windows, lays linoleum and tile floors. Other duties as assigned. Must practice proper safety procedures, use personal protective devices and attend frequent safety and job training sessions. Responsible for personal safety and the safety of others; must exercise due caution and practice safe work habits at all times.     Job Description The Food Service Worker will assist the manager with food/meal preparation; maintain cash receipts and meal records. Assist manager in completing daily reports. Maintain high standards of quality in food production, sanitation, and kitchen safety practices. Job Responsibilities • Prepare quality food and baked goods according to a planned menu • Prepare a daily report that verifies transactions • Understand what is inclusive of a meal • Ensure storage of food in an accurate and sanitary manner • Serve food according to meal schedules, department policies and procedures • Use and care of kitchen equipment, especially knives • Timely preparation of a variety of food items, beverages, and • Add garnishments to ensure customer happiness and eye appeal • Coordinate and assist in major cleaning of refrigerators, freezers, and cooking and serving equipment • Adhere to all food safety regulations for sanitation, food handling, and storage • Adhere to the uniform policy • Connect with the Manager daily to understand and accurately prepare menu for the day • Supervise the food temperature requirements • Maintain a clean and organized work and storage area • Scrub and polish counters, clean and sanitize steam tables, and other equipment • Follow established procedures and standards for cleanliness, to ensure a balanced and safe environment; duties include sweeping, moping, ware washing • Maintain garbage collection site and kitchen floor areas in a neat and sanitary fashion • Perform other duties as assigned including other areas in the kitchen • This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing.
