Responsibilities • Assist in the creation of unique and custom mason designs • Mix, cut and prepare materials needed for customer designs and structures • Read and follow technical drawings and blueprints • Complete masonry projects according to the estimate bid in conjunction with accurate and timely paperwork • Safely use equipment and tools to perform tasks • Exhibit professionalism on and off job site • Attend safety trainings and other staff meetings as required • Support in training and mentoring Landscape Construction Crew Members • Support when needed in snow removal operations seasonally Qualifications • Minimum of 5 years' experience in the masonry field • Completion of a mason apprenticeship and/or previous experience in a similar role (include but aren't limited to: chimneys, walls, frames, walkways and other structures) • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team • Candidate will exercise strong leadership and decision-making skills • Positive attitude and willingness to learn • Strong attention to detail • Ability to lift 50+ lbs. safely • Valid driver's license in good standing (REQUIRED) Compensation The salary for this position ranges from $30-$40 per hour. Overtime is regularly available. Pay is reflective of experience of candidate.
