I’m Todd, the Sr. Manager of Talent Programs for the Crash Champions STEP Body Technician Apprentice Program, where I get to do what I love most, which is help people grow their skills and launch rewarding careers in collision repair. I’ve been in the industry for over 20 years, working everywhere from independently owned body shops to major insurance companies like Progressive and State Farm.
