At Crash Champions, We Believe the Difference is Trust. We are building a pipeline of passionate, service-driven individuals for our Associate Service Advisor Program (ASAP), a 7-9 month hands-on training program designed to develop the next generation of Service Advisors for future openings nationwide. Responsibilities: - Write accurate, high-quality repair estimates aligned with company goals - Educate customers on repair timelines, insurance processes, and safety procedures - Guide customers through their repair experience with professionalism and care - Help maintain DRP relationships and performance metrics - Support total loss administration and customer communication - Engage in continuous learning with support from your mentor and team - Track progress weekly and advance through program stages Qualifications: - Energetic, customer-focused individuals ready to start a career - Reliable and professional in appearance and communication - Eager to learn, ask questions, and take initiative - Committed to completing the 7-9 month program - Willing to be flexible on location and available for future placement opportunities
