Contract Details: This is a full-time or part-time, seasonal position. Company Overview: The Indiana Association of Plumbing-Heating-Cooling Contractors, Inc. (INPHCC) contractor members are on the lookout for motivated individuals to join their team as Summer Help. As a member of the team, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the plumbing, heating, and cooling industry while working alongside our experienced professionals. Responsibilities: - Assist in various administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents - Conduct research and gather information for projects and initiatives - Shadow and assist our experienced professionals in their day-to-day tasks - Attend training sessions and workshops to learn about the industry and our organization - Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas and suggestions for improvement - Other duties as assigned Qualifications: - High school or college student - Interest in the plumbing, heating, and cooling industry - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Benefits: - Hands-on experience in the plumbing, heating, and cooling industry - Networking opportunities with professionals in the industry - Valuable skills and knowledge gained through training and on-the-job experience - Competitive hourly wage - Potential for extension or future employment opportunities within the organization
