Golden Plumbing is looking for a HVAC Technician in Training

Our members are seeking motivated individuals to join their team as HVAC Technicians in Training. This is typically a full-time position with a 40-hour work week. The selected candidates will receive hands-on training and mentorship from experienced HVAC technicians to develop their skills and knowledge in the field. Responsibilities: - Assist senior HVAC technicians with installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, cooling, and ventilation systems - Learn how to troubleshoot and diagnose issues with HVAC systems - Follow safety protocols and regulations while working on job sites - Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used - Attend training sessions and classes to further develop skills and knowledge in the HVAC industry - Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Strong mechanical aptitude and interest in the HVAC industry - Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions - Willingness to learn and take on new challenges - Good communication and customer service skills - Valid driver's license and reliable transportation - Must be able to lift and carry heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions Benefits: - Competitive salary - Training and mentorship program - Opportunities for advancement within the company If you are looking to start a career in the HVAC industry and have a strong work ethic and dedication to learning – apply for this role and one of the PHCC members may reach out.
