This position is responsible for demo, clean-up and reconstruction of sold apartments. Primary Responsibilities • Demolition work • Moving interior walls • Installing cabinets, molding and baseboards • Installing plumbing fixtures - faucet and toilet installation • Residential painting • Perform record keeping tasks associated with apartment turnovers. • Perform general labor under supervisor’s request. • Perform snow removal duties when necessary. • Assist Maintenance Staff as needed • Be available for emergency situations. Qualifications • Technical Schooling or experience with carpentry/building background and or proven work history preferred. • High school diploma or equivalent. • Ability to read, write perform basis arithmetic and speak effectively. • Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions in English. • Must be comfortable and proficient with technology to support department goals All new hires must be able to pass our preemployment screening process, which includes a fitness for duty physical, criminal background check, drug test and employment references as required by a licensed residential care facility.
