Thistradesperson will be responsible for constructing wooden structures and fixtures as well as providing on-site installation, repairs, and maintenance. Responsibilities: • Execute a range of carpentry tasks, including framing, finishing, and installation, according to project specifications and blueprints • Measure and mark materials with precision, ensuring accurate cuts and placements • Install doors, windows, cabinets, molding, and other wooden components securely and in a level and plumb manner • Diagnose and repair damaged or deteriorating wooden structures and components, including roofs, floors, and walls • Adhere to safety guidelines and best practices to prevent accidents and maintain a safe working environment • Maintain accurate records of work completed, materials used, and hours worked, as well as any necessary permits or inspections • Tool Maintenance: Keep tools and equipment in good working condition, performing routine maintenance and repairs as needed Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent • Completion of a carpentry apprenticeship program or equivalent on-the-job training • Proficiency in using a variety of hand and power tools • Knowledge of construction and safety regulations • Strong mathematical and measurement skills • Attention to detail and precision in work • Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy materials • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills • Valid driver's license • Provide 3 references Pay rate: $25-$35 hourly or earning up to $100,000 annually in bonus potential Benefits eligible after 90 day probationary period: • Paid Holidays • Paid Time Off • Paid Birthdays • Sick Time A tid bit on us: We are a home service and remodeling company dedicated to providing the highest customer service.
