see moreJob Summary: T3I members are assigned to support Air Force Special Warfare (AFSW) training and development at Lackland AFB, San Antonio, TX. SW operators are the only AF airmen specifically trained and equipped to primarily operate as surface combatants, where they conduct: Special Operations, Personnel Recovery, Joint Fires Integration, Tactical Airlift Operations, and Special Weather Operations. T3I, Inc. is seeking a full-time Administration Technician to support the Special Warfare Candidate Course (SWCC). The Admin Tech will report to and work for the T3I Program Manager (PM). The effectiveness of this position is key to the PM’s overall ability to plan, manage, and lead the training program to meet customer expectations. SWCC is a 7-week long course and is conducted 6 times annually with a maximum student load of 230 Airmen per class. The position requires the Admin Tech to coordinate with personnel inside and outside of the organization, including both military and civilian organizations, to accurately track and report student and class near real time status and accountability. The Admin Tech must communicate effectively with all stakeholders and be able to multitask in a high paced environment. The Admin Tech must also be a self-starter and require little oversight or management, and aggressively seek out solutions to identified problems. Responsibilities: • Serve as the primary Administrative Technician • Produce, update, and control student/class rosters for real time accountability • Enter student profiles into SWCC and Air Education and Training Command (AETC) specific databases • Complete appropriate AETC forms and process students for course removal, elimination, or medical hold • Coordinate/process students for course completion/graduation and enrollment into next course of instruction • Maintain sharedrive folders to store both class and course supporting documents • SOCOM reports • Class Rosters • AETC student tracking forms • Operational Risk Management forms • Manage in and out-processing program for all SWCC personnel • Attend staff, training, and scheduling meetings; be prepared to brief any administrative requirements • Coordinate with Squadron Administration for internal/external requirements • Maintain historical documents for all items assigned to the administration position. Produce, update, and control SWCC's Personnel Phone and Recall Rosters • Prepare and present briefings and other administrative documents as required • Provide general office support to include, completing data calls, drafting memos, and timely correspondence, and requesting supplies and office materials • Assist PM with company travel coordination and expense claims • Additional duties as assigned Required Skills and Experience: • Possess a High School Diploma or equivalent • Minimum of 10 years’ experience managing administrative functions • Be able to pass a required background check: National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) • Possess excellent oral and written communication skills • Proficient with computers, e-mail, voicemail, and mobile messaging • Proficient with MS Office applications including, Word, Excel and PowerPoint Desired Skills and Experience: • Strong knowledge of the Learning Management Systems (LMS) • Familiarity with DoD/Air Force terminology and procedures • Experience performing in-depth research to design realistic and operationally relevant training exercises to accomplish prescribed training standards • Former Air Force experience, especially in AF Special Operations, is a plus Required Background Check: HireRight Type of Employment: Full Time T3i Drug Free Workplace Statement: As a Federal Government Contractor, T3i is required to strictly adhere to federally mandated drug-free workplace standards. To ensure compliance with this requirement, T3i conducts pre-employment drug screening for all new hire personnel (full time, part time, and independent contractor) and annual random drug screening for all current T3i personnel. All drug screening includes testing for the following drugs, at a minimum: Marijuana (CBD, hemp oil, and other cannabidiol use may result in a positive result), cocaine, amphetamines, opiates, 6-monoacetylmorphine, and PCP. Personnel who cannot pass drug screening are not eligible for employment with T3i.
