You’ll be the first point of contact for candidates — creating a great experience and connecting them with a company where they can build a long-term career. Responsibilities • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs for electrical, HVAC, and plumbing roles. • Screen applications, interview candidates, and keep them updated throughout the process. • Coordinate interview scheduling and assist with interviews. • Provide hiring managers with timely updates on candidate pipelines. • Represent IES at job fairs, trade schools, and industry events. Minimum Education None Minimum Years Of Experience 2-4 Requirements Specific Qualifications • Proven experience as an Internal Recruiter or similar role (construction/trades recruiting a plus). • Skilled at building relationships with candidates and team members from all backgrounds. • Strong interviewing skills — phone, video, and in-person. • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases. • Positive attitude and ability to match the right talent to the right role. • Strong online sourcing skills (Indeed, LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter). • Excellent communication and decision-making abilities. • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (travel may be required). • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus. As the face of our service division, this technician will represent IES Residential with professionalism and a commitment to excellence. Key Responsibilities • Respond to scheduled and emergency service calls in residential homes (occupied and unoccupied). • Diagnose and repair electrical issues related to panels, circuits, breakers, lighting, outlets, GFCIs, switches, and more. • Conduct home warranty repairs and ensure homeowner satisfaction through quality service and clear communication. • Maintain a professional and respectful demeanor while working in lived-in homes. • Accurately complete service tickets and document repairs performed, parts used, and next steps if required. • Ensure work is completed in accordance with National Electrical Code (NEC) and OSHA safety standards. • Maintain cleanliness and functionality of company vehicles, tools, and PPE. • Communicate effectively with service coordinators, homeowners, and field leadership. • Proactively identify opportunities to improve system performance or customer satisfaction.
