This position is critical to EJ Reynolds Company when manufacturing products where fabrication and / or welding are included in the product design. Welders must be competent in using potentially dangerous equipment following all safety procedures, have a steady hand and great attention to detail. Duties: • Read blueprints and drawings and take or read measurements for layout and fit-up • Determine the appropriate welding equipment and welding method based on requirements of design • Set up components for welding according to specifications (e.g. cut material with torches, plasma, saw, or other methods to match requirements on drawings) • Operate angle grinders and other handheld power tools to prepare the parts for welding • Align components using calipers, rulers, straight edges, tape measurers, clamps etc. • Weld components using manual or semi-automatic welding equipment in various positions (vertical, horizontal, or overhead) • Test and inspect welds for flaws or imperfections • Fabricate • Maintain equipment in a condition that does not compromise safety Qualifications and Skills: • Proven experience as welder • Experience using a variety of welding equipment and procedures (TIG, TIP TIG, SMAW, GMAW, GTAW, FCAW, etc.) • Experience in using electrical or manual tools (saws, squares, calipers, grinders, etc.) • Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings • Knowledge of relative safety standards and willingness to use proper PPE (face-shield, gloves etc.) • Adeptness and attention to detail • Proficient in English • Ability to gain certifications as needed by passing skill tests as required

The CNC Machinist is responsible for basic programming and operation of computer numerical control (CNC) machines, troubleshooting, reading, and interpreting blueprints, tooling changes, and inspection of machined parts. Duties: Machine Operation 70% • Program machinery for operation according to instructions • Monitor equipment during operation to ensure quality production and minimal unplanned stops • Translate engineering drawings and requirements into dimensions for production • Inspect parts to specifications making adjustments, or tool changes as necessary to maintain quality specifications • Inspect 1st article parts by using hand tools • Communicate with team members and support teams to ensure continuous production of the correct product at high quality levels with minimal wasted time and material Machine Maintenance 30% • Maintain equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer's instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs. • Conduct regular machine assessments • Monitor machine oil levels • Clean machinery and maintain cleanliness in work area Qualifications And Skills Required • 3-5 years of operating and/or programming experience on CNC (computer numerical control) machines in a manufacturing facility or similar relevant skills or experience • Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and manuals • Analytical and numerical skills: ability to perform mathematical calculations (add, subtract, multiply, divide) in different units of measurement • Excellent manual dexterity, accuracy, and attention to detail • The ability to lift heavy objects up to 30 pounds and able to stand for extended periods • Ability to follow written and oral instructions • Self-motivated team player • High school diploma or equivalent • Willingness to work in shifts (late or early hours, weekends, and overtime if necessary)
